Beauty from ashes…..This is where we begin. Soap is such a beautiful example of provision right from creation. The ingredients you need to make soap are right there! What a gift!

Goat milk is the best part of our soap and the most plentiful. Our girls are gently milked and if they aren’t happily coming to the milk stand we don’t force them!

Nothing at Rowandale is ever forced on our animals. We are shepherds to them and they trust us!

The other ingredients in our soaps are as locally sourced as they can be.

Each batch is small and what this does is allow for creativity and also freshness. Soap takes time to cure so we are making it every week so that we always have some on hand.

We are happy to do custom orders! Give us enough notice though….at least 4-6 weeks.

The other ingredients we used are often freeze dried right here on the farm, we are in a constant pursuit of a bar of soap that is food for your skin.

No detergents ever, just the natural saponification process that happens when you mix oils and milk with lye.

Every sudsy bubble cleans gently and naturally!
